Hatan Kala accessibility statement
Hatan Kala is working to provide an equitable experience for people using different input methods and assistive technologies. Accessibility is built into the structure and interactions; display controls are supplemental.
The service currently targets Israel. Exact operator details, physical accessibility arrangements and any legally required coordinator details are still awaiting verification, so this page does not claim complete legal compliance.
Implemented features
The site includes a skip link, semantic headings and landmarks, visible keyboard focus, accessible control names, right-to-left support, meaningful image alternatives and reduced-motion support.
A display panel offers larger text, higher contrast, reduced motion and underlined links. Settings remain on the device and can be reset.
Testing and known limitations
Automated and keyboard checks do not replace a complete screen-reader audit. The exact public release still requires assistive-technology testing and an independent review before a full compliance statement can be made.
